To support of our growing Indonesian business we are currently looking for candidates with suitable qualification and experiences for the following positions: SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (Code: SPS) As a Senior Procurement Specialist your role and responsibility is to manage and monitor the timescale and procurement service for the production of appropriate tender and ensure the commencement of procurement service is on time and contracts are awarded to competent contractors in accordance with Government Regulations and Santos Policy. This position will report to Service Procurement Leader. Desire Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Exploration and Production company as Procurement Specialist • No. 007/PTK of SKK Migas guidelines certified and other applicable regulations are preferred • Fluency in written and spoken English • Ability to clearly identify problems and manage critical issues through good communication and liaison with all related parties • Ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting requirements • Ability to work in tight time constraints PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code: PDS) This position is responsible to supervise the planning and implementation of all production activities to meet production nominated rate for crude oil, and gas in accordance with applicable standards and procedures. Also, responsible to deliver a positive leadership by encouraged teams to support all activities to achieve department goals and objectives. Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Supervisor in production operations within oil and gas industry • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Wells production operations (including gas lifting operation and ESP/ Electrical Submersible Pump) • Good knowledge of oil & gas property and production operation, especially oil & gas wells operation, gas turbine compressor, and rotating equipment. AVIATION TECHNICAL AUTHORITY (Code: ATA) Santos provides an opportunity for experienced Pilot or Aviation Engineer to join us as Aviation Technical Authority in our Jakarta Office. This position will report to Head of Operations Support in Operations Department. The responsibility of this position is to manage all aviation matters including technical and integrity management. This position must apply Santos and Aviation Regulatory Codes to ensure safe operations in Aviation Standard including Aviation Safety on offshore and onshore facilities. Desire Skills and Experience: • Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas aviation offshore management • Minimum 5 years experience as pilot in oil and gas aviation offshore service • Good knowledge of local aviation regulations. • Experienced working with Aviation EHS systems and incident investigation. ASSET and PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (Code: APA) This position responsible to coordinate and administer payroll process ensuring accurate and in time payment to employees, and deliver accounting report in accordance with company policy and government regulations. As Asset Accountant this position is also responsible to administer all company’s asset ensure accurate records is logged and verified, also carry out monthly record for inventory and rework material reconciliation between Finance and Logistic.
